The Domaine Wilfried property has been making wine for 5 generations, the vineyards cover the zones of Cairanne and Rasteau. The land is cultivated by the Charavin-Pouzoulas family and the brother and sister Wilfried and Rejane Pouzoulas, now run the domain. The entire vineyard is certified organic. The Côtes Du Rhône village Rasteau red, comes from vineyards on slopes facing south enjoying a sunny climate that provides deep, powerful and colorful wines that will reward with age.
~2019 LES PARADIS PERDUS~
50% Grenache and 50% Carignan, co-fermented with a short maceration time of 8 days. Vinification and elevage in concrete tanks. The wine is very fruity and fresh with floral aromas, notes of rose and present but very fine tannins.
Les Paradis Perdus is a plot of land which have been excluded from the Cairanne appellation, despite the terroir and strong potential.

Grenache 50%, Syrah 30%, Carignan 10%, Cinsault 10%. Gentle vinification with a 9-day maceration in concrete tanks, elevage in concrete as well. Fruity, fresh and aromatic with notes of cherry and spices. Quite finessed and fluid.

This is a real thirst-quencher, light, and lively. Lovely with a slight chill. 50% Grenach and 50% Cinsault, co-fermented in concrete with a short, maximum 5-day maceration to prevent tannin extraction. Light colour, with a nose of pomegranete and raspberry, fresh fruit flavours with a hint of rose petals and lychee.
