KELTIS A 240-year-old family winemaking tradition on the fertile hills of Bizeljsko, Slovenia lay the foundations that allow Keltis to stand proudly behind their natural wines, which are produced according to the principles of biodynamics. This method of cultivation is based on many years of experience, successes and mistakes from their ancestors, who farmed in a nature-friendly way. Because they strive for original, authentic wines they produce them with minimal interventions and without filtration. The wines are produced with love and respect for nature, and the cellaring is adapted to the processes in nature, outside temperatures and the rhythm of the moon.

Aromas of pears, peaches, and tropical fruits. 3-day maceration with the addition of immediately pressed must. Spontaneous fermentation. No added yeast, no filtration. Stainless. 10.5%.Schist, clay and sandstone.

“Sparkling lemonade” Extremely refreshing. Gentle bubbles and fruitiness in the mouth. Completely dry, light sparkling wine, of course, with the rest of the sediment, which can also be mixed before opening the bottle. Completely without added SO2. Yellow muscat 80%, Sauvignon Blanc 20%. Immediately pressed, bottled towards the end of fermentation.

The sparkling wine is extremely fresh. The bubbles are tiny and active. Pronounced medium bouquet is mainly reminiscent of flowers, strawberries, freshly peeled apples. A very dry brut nature. Peeled apples and delicate acids predominate in the mouth, followed by a long refreshing finish. Pinot noir (70%), Rumeni plavec (15%), Chardonnay (15%). Schist, clay and sandstone.

Hues of pale red colour as a result of maceration. The nose has an elegant aroma of red fruit. The taste is rounded, intense, reminds of herbal and fruity notes. 100% Pinot Gris. 6 days of maceration, with spontaneous fermentation. No added yeast, no filtration. Aging: 12 months in used 500L barrels.
